We want you to show up and have a good time, and we also know plans change. This policy explains how refunds and credits work for MenDoing events.
If you cancel
- 72 hours or more before the event starts: full refund.
- Less than 72 hours before the event: no refund, but you get a credit toward another MenDoing event.
- No-shows: no refund or credit.
To cancel, email info@mendoing.com with your name, the event and the email you used to book. The time of your email is the time of cancellation.
If MenDoing cancels
We may cancel or reschedule an event because of bad weather, safety concerns, venue or host problems, or low turnout. If we cancel, you get a full refund. If we reschedule, you can come to the new date or ask for a full refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal or the card you used). Once we approve a refund, it is usually sent within a few business days, and your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it.
Credits
Credits are for the amount you paid and can be used toward another MenDoing event. Credits are not paid out as cash. Ask us if you are unsure how long a credit is good for, and we will tell you in writing when we issue it.
Removed from an event
If we remove someone from an event for breaking the Code of Conduct or for unsafe behavior, no refund is owed.
Changes by the venue or host
Small changes such as start time, exact location or format may happen. If a major change means you cannot attend, contact us as soon as you can and we will work something out in good faith.
Problems with payment
If you were charged twice or something looks wrong, email us right away with your PayPal order ID and we will fix it.
